"We stayed just one night and it was perfect for it: just amaizing to have the car in front of the entrance. Two big rooms to have some privacy for each of us. The bathroom ist also big, shower easy to step in, with bidet. No separate kitchen, a dinner table in the big room and a smaller table with a microwave oven. Fridge is big enough. Communication with the landlord is easy and quick. Brillant memories which made our stopover at Garda even more pleasant, will book it surely again next time!"

"Pros: The house was in a great location, with the slopes only a few minutes walking or skiing away. The view from the house was truly spectacular and the pictures dont do it justice, because you have an uninterrupted view of the Italian dolomites from the balcony. It was very spacious and fully equipped with all you needed for cooking etc. and the sauna with breathtaking views was a hit with all of us. Marco was a great host and always responded immediately over Whatsapp when we had a question...

"I booked a double room with a balcony facing the mountains and it was a wonderful calming view. There is a pizzeria restaurant attached to the hotel so you don’t have to venture far to go out for dinner and the pizza was very good. The location is 10 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins from the old town, shopping and restaurants. This hotel is a spa as well and for 30 Euro extra per day you had use of those facilities. Well worth it. The staff were lovely, I had a problem with my I phone and was directed to a shop that immediately addressed the issue and sorted out my problem. Breakfast selection had a nice combination of sweets and savoury and a great coffee machine. The room was comfortable, with a mini fridge and safe. Great bathroom and bathroom. The hotel also had bike rental facilities and there are plenty of bike trails in the area. Prices were good. I loved this hotel and the combination of wonderful staff, lovely room with a view, excellent breakfast and dinner option at the pizzeria restaurant on the ground floor would be the reasons for me to stay here again. Wonderful experience."

Parking included My only comments to charge for sauna and spa and the heating was so hot couldn't managed to change the room temperature Otherwise I would definitely come back . "We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel and gardens are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing—everything from cooked-to-order omelettes, bacon, and eggs to fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and fresh juices in a lovely, fresh setting. The spa facilities (indoor pool, sauna, massages) looked top-notch. Location is ideal, just steps from Riva del Garda's old town. My only critique is that the rooms felt small and quite plain compared to the rest of the property, with rather firm beds, but the rest of the hotel more than made up for it."

"The Hotel quite candidly is the best Hotel I have stayed in Italy in the last ten years and that includes anywhere else in the EU. The entire staff from the Manager, the front desk and the cleaning staff have made our stay absolutely perfect. The facility and the rooms are spotless, the restaurant and anything food related is wonderful. The single most important thing is the quality of the staff. I am so extremely grateful to everyone at the Hotel. They have made our stay absolutely perfect……10 out of 10."

"This is a very well appointed hotel right on the edge of Lake Garda, set in the heart of Torbole. It is a great base to explore the area from, there is a bus stop almost outside the hotel and the ferry stops a couple of minutes walk down the road. It is very comfortable, the staff are lovely and it has excellent facilities. Breakfast over looking the lake is a real treat. I would recommend eating there for an evening meal at least once. The food is exquisite. Overall we loved our time there and will be back."
