"They are renovating so this isn't really fair to judge now. I think they need a few more months. The room was clean, the staff friendly, the decrease in stars was due to there being mold/black areas above the shower near the shower head. I have found over the years using Expedia means they put you in less favorable rooms because you're discounted in room charge. (And the pool was closed.) Great setting on the Lake! "

"We loved our time at this cute cottage on the lake. The large patio over the lake was a perfect spot to relax. The cottage was clean with a very comfortable king bed. The location made it easy to get to all the retail areas and the historic district. There were several other people in the neighboring cottages, but the cottages are spaced far apart so we still felt like we had plenty of privacy and a quiet environment. We are already planning a return trip in the fall. 10/10 recommend this rental."

"It was not a good experience at all. My four year old granddaughter had a chest of drawers and the tv that was sitting on the chest of drawers turned over on her within 30 minutes after we arrived. Because the chest of drawers was not anchored into the wall--it turned over when she had three of the six drawers opened while putting her clothes in the drawers. Luckily it was just minor bruising. My daughter was more upset than my granddaughter. The room was not clean at all and there were ALOT of ants in the bathroom. It looked like maybe homeless people were residing under the steps outside. It was not worth the 163.00 that I was charged! I do NOT recommend this place at all."
