"Beautiful property! So much to do- we traveled with a huge group with a lot of small children and there was plenty of space for each family to have a private bedroom and a lot of fun activities outdoors! We would definitely come back."

"Clean room. Bathroom was large with an updated shower. Wifi in our room was a little spotty, but there were multiple connections to choose from and I may not have been on the optimal connection."

"Comfortable bed, wonderful view, quiet location. Make sure you arrive with a jeep, truck, or AWD car as climbing up the gravel drive is steep and rugged. Amenities are plenty and Starlink internet is strong. Verify with owner that they are stocked up on toilet paper and paper towels. Also make sure you're able to climb the ladder upstairs to the loft bed. Well decorated and new feeling as of late 2026. Owner was available when needed. Depending on where exactly in Hot Springs you want to go, the drive can take 25 to 40 minutes. I would recommend this place for a couple's get away. Although be aware this County has no alcohol sales on Sundays."
