"Good morning,I wanted to share that we truly enjoyed our stay. Our family appreciated the opportunity to relax and spend quality time together, and the home was a great setting for that.I did not realize there was a cleaning fee—my oversight. I was raised to always leave a place better than we found it, so before departure I washed and folded the towels we used, swept and mopped the kitchen, living room, and ran and unloaded the dishwasher.I did want to mention two minor items for awareness. We were unable to use the fire pit due to there being no firewood, which was something I had asked about prior to booking. Additionally, there was a buildup of grease on the back patio dripping from the grill. I cleaned this up to prevent grease from being tracked in and out of the home.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely consider booking again in the future. "We have always truly enjoyed our stay at " The Hamilton-Lakefront and Studio Suites in Hot Springs, AR. The room is always clean and stocked with everything you would need. Staff very helpful and friendly if you have any questions about the property. The balcony lakeside view of Lake Hamilton is breath taking at sunrise and sunset. The location is perfect and quiet. We have always enjoyed our stay here and will be returning. "

"A beautiful spot we stay at the creek side cabin two beds onside for adult other side for children, adult size 2 queen-sized beds, children size 4 bunk beds, all staggered, both have couches in them, both have TVS in them and a small kitchen in the middle. The creek side, you can sit on the porch with a swing and listen to the creek bable by plenty of room for the kids to get out. And run away. Close enough to all the local local activities, 5 stars out of 5 bathroom is located outside but there is a walkway. To the bathroom, it has an outside shower for rinsing off from playing in the creek and then the inside shower. And it's a separate room, enclosed with a toilet and a shower and a sink. The cabin comes. Fully stock with dishes, utility plates, no oven, but there is a hot plate for pans and a nice griddle. There's also a air prayer and a microwave. All the dishes and bowls that you would need and over papers.Upplies"
