"When we arrived, the staff was friendly. However, when we went to our room, it had not been cleaned—there was trash everywhere and the beds weren’t made. We were given another room, but it was also dirty and moldy, and there was no toilet paper. The curtain looked like it had been burned and was covered in mold on the other side. There were also stains on the towels and bedding. Mind you, we were in town for my son’s oncology appointment, so this was not a good environment for him. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were not working, which was disappointing because my kids had been looking forward to using them."

"The room was clean. The pool area was clean, even tho most of the loungers were in pool shape. Very nice stay."

"Rub!!! The staff didn’t say two words upon check in. Didn’t tell me where my room was or anything. The place is beyond sketchy. People screaming and fighting in the parking lot some man beat on my car fitting with some lady. They gave someone a key to my room then came up beat on my door asking why I was there. Like dude you checked me into the room, I paid for two night and left after one. Slept in my car. Will never be even if it was free stay there again. "

"HORRIBLE! GROSS & A HUGE INCONVENIENCE Best thing about the dump was the pleasant young lady Carmen at the front desk! She tried her best to make our stay better but the whole place reaked & was full of prostitutes, pimps & superbly below standard rooms that we were switched 3 times & had enough & checked out to go to another hotel. Almost ruined our whole weekend! "
