Great place to stay, close to the train. It rained the whole time we visited but with umbrellas available, leaving the hotel for eating out and shopping was not a problem. Proximity to restaurants shops, gardens and transport was excellent.

Great for families!

We had a lovely two night stay with our family and friends. Hotell was child friendly and family room had a lots of space and nice beds. Sunday morning there were extra delicious breakfast including pancakes and brownies. Their own breakfast limpa was amazing! Location was great and there is a lot of cozy restaurants and bistros nearby. Parking was not too far either and you can always unload the car in front of the hotel. Perfect stay for us! Definitely want to experienxe Norrköping again!

Min vistelse på Hotel President var helt okej. Bra och trevlig personal. Trevligt rum. Bra frukost! Mindre bra var att det bara fanns en sorts tepåsar (4 st grönt te) till vattenkokaren på rummet, samt att det bara finns en hiss i hela hotellet.

Väldigt trevlig personal och riktigt god frukostbuffé. Rummet var lite slitet och saknade helt något form av AC, så det blev väldigt varmt och kvavt nu på sommaren. Det fanns bordsfläkt så den fick stå i öppet fönster när temperaturen väl sjunkit på kvällen för att göra det drägligt. Badrummet luktade våt hund redan när vi kom och ingenting lyckades torka så länge det hängde där. Men det var en skön säng och rent på rummet.

Ett trevligt rum, (rum 204) med bra badrum men sängarna behöver bytas då de var nerlegade. Även fläktarna behöver bytas då de gnisslar. Bra frukost, trots många gäster. Kunde dock ha börjat serveras redan klockan 07.00.

Riktigt dålig service

Vi hade bokat ett rum för två personer i ett dubbelrum. Vi blev väldigt förvånande, men framförallt väldigt besvikna när vi kom in på rummet och såg att dubbelrummet bestod av en vad vi anser vara en enkelsäng. ( 140) När vi sedan gick för prata med receptionen och förklarade att vi inte kan ligga två vuxna i en enkelsäng och att vi ansåg att det var ett enkeltrum vi fått, fick vi ett väldigt dåligt och hånfullt bemötande. De höll fast vid att det är fullt normalt att två pers kan ligga i en sådan säng, samt att det är ett dubbelrum. Vidare var sängen bäddad med en kudde för en person, samt en handduk för en person. Vi fick själva leta upp extra kudde och extra handdukar. Vi är vana resenärer och har bott på många hotell både utomlands och även i Sverige. Men har aldrig råkat ut för att två personer som bokat dubbelrum ska behöva tränga ihop oss i en sådan smal säng. Priset på rummet var inte billigare än andra hotell hotell med den standarden. Så vår bedömning av hotellet blir därför riktigt bedrövligt och uselt.

Först fick man vänta på att receptionisten dök upp Sedan var det långsam incheckning Otrevlig sur frukostpersonal Utcheckning gick smidigt och trevligt. Rummet ok men inga bekväma sittmöbler.
