Smelted awful had to close all the sliding doors. Workers next door as well. I can only imagine how beautiful it could have been if that didn't construction hadn't happened!"

"The beachfront position of this unit is superb. It is a short, flat walk along the sand south to the surf club bistro & other beach view cafes and north to Avoca beach shops & eateries. The unit itself is compact (unit sleeps 6 but we could only fit 4 on the lounge). The description is accurate. There is no air con but there are fans. There are 5 units in the complex (two beachfront side by side with the other 3 behind) and the front porch and grassy area that leads to the beach are common property, so are a shared space. The bathroom looks to have been renovated recently. The complex is in good repair and is cared for. We loved staying here. "
