"We live in the phoenix metro area. So we try to go up north every New Year’s Eve to avoid the fireworks for our dogs. The place was perfect. Big deck great water views. Easy to walk the dogs at the lake. This was definitely the best place we have spent our new years and plan to continue "

"From check in to check out everything was seamless. Wonderful property, lots of room and very nicely decorated. The yards fencing provides a few different areas for the pups to roam and no escape holes! The hosts are great communicators and very friendly. They have the hospitality angle down!"

"The place was layed out so nice with big windows so you could see all around you. Wonderful patio and close to so many things. "

We grilled and hung out outside and watched the birds. There’s trails walking distance from the house that have beautiful views we got to enjoy also. Would love to stay there again in the future. "
