"This is about check-in staff - for constructive criticism. We stood at front desk & staff was on phone assisting someone & was unable to find what the person was looking for. Never made eye contact with us or gesture she would be a moment. They told person on phone let me connect you to our 1-800 and instead of doing that kept talking again, not acknowledging us. We waited about 10-15 minutes which wasn't a problem, it would have been nice to put call on hold or say to us she would be a minute....

"I had a 2 day meeting next door at the Staybridge hotel. It was walking distance from the Best Western to the Staybridge. But there needed to be a sidewalk between the two hotels. Our room at the Best Western was very nice, quiet, clean, breakfast was good. This was a very good hotel. We will stay here again and recommend it to everyone. "

"It was very clean and the staff was very professional. Check in was quick and efficient. The breakfast was really good. The only thing bad that I found was the AC was making a busy signal sound when we got in out room but they quickly got it fixed. The commode in our bath room had to have come from a children's school or they really mis-ordered. It was the smallest commode I have seen outside of a elementary school.
