I was told by the desk person that “I have my own work to do and don’t have time for this” On another note the breakfast was horrible even for a hotel at this price point.

The rooms where spacious and clean, breaksfast was good, the morning reception attendant wasn´t very helpful or cordial. Other than that, everything else was great.
