"Loved the location and fun seeing deer every evening! We did bike trips and hikes all around Acadia area. Drove a little but loved coming back after our fun day. Thankful for this place of rest."

"We had a great three night stay. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The main road is busy, but the backyard is private and large. We were able to take advantage of the picnic area with fire pit, which is at the end of a woodsy path. Acadia is a bit of a drive, but there are are also plenty of things to do closer by. The beds are very comfortable. It would be nice to have night stands and reading lamps on both sides of the queen and king beds. I recommend this house for family getaways."

"This was our third year renting in Ellsworth for a basketball tournament and the 2nd one with Cale. Three families enjoyed this wonderful house. The teenagers enjoyed their own area that included a bathroom and living room. There was also plenty of room for all of us to gather in the main living room and t the dining room. The updated kitchen was just beautiful. The hot tub was an added bonus!!"

"We had a nice visit in this beautiful farm house in a beautiful setting. The host communicated all the necessary details ahead of time. The house was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. There were bikes available for the kids to use in the barn and a wonderful dirt road that served as a long, quiet trail for a walk/bike. We were able to see a seal from the picnic table that is down by the water's edge! WiFi in the house worked great and there are dozens of books and DVDs to choose...

"What a charming place!!! We rented 7 of their 12 Cottages and Motel Units and had a wonderful week! They provide everything you'd expect PLUS more like Wood/Lighters and Fire starters - or a propane gas firepit if you prefer. Plenty of outdoor space!! The motel units are JUST as spacious and charming as the stand alone cottages - each is well Appointed and remodeled so nicely! Comfy beds, luxurious bedding and well stocked kitchen - we cooked all week! Location is perfect just between Bar Harbor...

"The cabin was amazing and located close To a light house. Cabin had full amenities including usage of a washer and dryer. We sat out in morning in back area looking at forest. Location was perfect as you were within driving distance from everything but outside the major crowded areas. Hiking trails were great in the area and close to Acadia National Park. Hosts were amazing and gave us great tip on hike nearby that allowed a full 360 view at top as well as suggestions on other things to...

"This is our second stay. When they say 1 step above camping that is misleading. By that I mean, if you have camped, this is 20 steps above camping. You have a stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. It has a screened porch, a deck and right on the pond. There are lights and outlets to charge phones and there is service for phones!
