"Room was clean, Housekeeping is doing an excellent job, my only issue is that I wanted a room with tub,staff was ok, not great just ok, no one in particular stood out , Breakfast woii. These times feel like we are begging for food, I think the hotel was full , so I dont understand why they keep putting out one one tray of items, then we have to be standing in line to get some fry dumplings and ackee and saltfish,no fruits , no egg, the 3 mornings, the omlets station was the only plus at breakfast. Hate that u cannot make reservations for dinner, I had small kids its ridiculous to wait 30min toand hour for a table to be ready."

"Great place to stay for couple not a lot of people the views are amazing some staff are great some with attitude the worst thing was the food some place are good some are really bad and If you like a place and come next day and order same thing somehow it looks and taste different the rooms needs work a bit and the toilets have no privacy at all ."

"The workers, servers and everyone. We would like to highlight, ANDRE, Asani, Too short, Super Fresh and so many others. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. There were construction going on but we do understand upgrades and repairs has to happen due to Melissa. The food was excellent and the activities during the day and evenings kept us entertained. This review is for 6 of us that stayed there we had 3 rooms. 5 stars"
