Please Note: With all due respect, I only rent to families and mature adult groups. This is NOT a "Party House." We like to communicate with our guests as part of the booking process. Thank you! The cozy home is set back from the road, with woodland views on every side. It is only 10 minutes from town but in a quiet, secluded woodland area. All amenities: HD cable, 47' HD Flat screen in the living room, individual flat screens in every bedroom (all Roku equipped), Broadband Wi-Fi. Large deck, charcoal grill (April through October), screened sun/play porch, large private yard with masonry fire / S'mores pit. It is a peaceful location just minutes from North Conway. 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Storyland & Outlet Shopping, and 15 minutes to Attitash Alpine Slide, Echo Lake State Park & Saco River. It is the best of both worlds - minutes from town via back road access, avoiding traffic, but quiet, very private setting with woodland views on all four sides of the house. Note: There is a security camera on the driveway and garage as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded. Unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable! Perfect For Our Family Getaway

The house was a perfect fit for our family! Our two young children loved the variety of toys and it kept them happily entertained. The house was spacious for everyone to spread out in and was clean. Communication with the property owners was prompt and you can tell they care about the house and the quality of their guest’s stay.

We went up for the Fourth of July and a Storyland adventure with the kids. Neil was a great host! House was great and had everything we needed and more!! Loved the welcome package! Very nice touch!! We will definitely be back!

Weekend getaway

Property is well equipped with anything you may need even pack and plays and high chairs and toys lonesome board games and plenty of cards. Property is very close to everything we needed and Neil was very helpful with ensuring that our stay was stress free including having a great bottle of wine for the adults and s’mores for the kids I can’t say enough good things about our family stay. Storyland

This property was in a perfect location- no more than 10 minutes to the outlets and Storyland. The beds have old style plastic waterproof mattress protectors that my adult children commented on - those could be updated. Overall it was great!

Neill was a great host and provided in depth and prompt information throughout the planning and arrival process. This home was great for 4 adults and 3 small kids with plenty of space for the kids to play, adults to hang out and more than enough sleeping options. We arrived to a beautiful welcome basket, everything was thoughtfully labeled, and Neill’s support of law enforcement families is greatly appreciated. Additionally, the location of this property was perfect for visiting the North Conway and local area attractions! Storyland is 8 mins away, Conway Scenic Railroad and shops 5 mins, and so much more. We had the best of both worlds, private home but close to so much. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay minutes from Cranmore

Our stay at Neill's home was lovely! The house is very clean with many nice personal touches, and couldn't be in a better location for spending time around North Conway. His communication was spectacular and overall a delightful host. I would recommend for anyone coming to the area!

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect & close to everything. The owners were very responsive and attentive if we needed them. We had two little kids with us and the playroom was a great thing to have for the snowy weekend! Will deff try to stay here again!

Ski Weekend

Neill was extremely responsive and accommodating. The place was very clean and the PERFECT location. The hot tub was a nice addition after a day in the mountain and probably the cleanest I have ever used. Will definitely be back !

Golfers’ Paradise

We had a fantastic stay here. It was a 4-guy golfers’ weekend and the house was a fun place to come home to every afternoon. We enjoyed the fire pit, jacuzzi, grill and island in the kitchen. Neill is an excellent host and we plan on returning next year!

Ski Trip Stay

This was a great place to stay for our ski trip to Cranmore mountain! The proximity to the mountain, the center of North Conway and Settlers Green was perfect for what we needed. The host was easy to work with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family retreat

Our family had an amazing trip and the housing was one of the biggest factors. Minutes from Canmore mountain and downtown North Conway - we were able to juggle ski lessons, snow train, sledding and outlet shopping with ease. Looking forward to booking our next trip!

Family vacation

The property was great. The location was convenient to the area attractions. We loved the backyard space to play yard games. It was overall very spacious for 9 people. The manger was very easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend the house.
