"We stayed here to ride our bikes on the presidential rail trail in Gorham and float on the Saco. North Conway is a great place to be close to nature and still be near restaurants and necessities. The Golden Gables was located in a spot that is easy to get in and out of. The grounds and pool were refreshing after spending the day bike riding. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. We were on the first floor so we could house our bikes at night. It was a great value. "

"What a great place! We were running later than expected which didn’t seem to be a problem. Sheryl reached out to us to let us know that our room key was left out for us….thank you Sheryl! We came to North Conway to visit some friends from out of town. We decided to stay at the Kearsarge inn rather than staying at a regular hotel. This place was great. The beds are very comfortable, it’s quiet and conveniently located. Excellent restaurants are in walking distance… Literally next-door. The bathroom not only had a shower but had a tub as well and it was very clean. Perfect for soaking after a long day.Thank you to the staff! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to the area."
