"Really nice rooms - very comfortable beds, clean towels/linens, lots of toiletries, etc. The owners know how to treat guests well. The guy/owner checking us in was very friendly and down to earth - explained everything very quickly/simply, then let us get on with things. Good wifi in the room - no complaints. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. We didn't bother trying the free coffee available in reception, or the 'breakfast' - as we got the impression it was likely just some unhealthy doughnuts or something! But we didn't expect breakfast, so weren't disappointed."

"Loved staying here! The property was quiet and just outside of town, which we prefer. Everything was very handy inside, and Jerry was so amenable as a host and very accessible if we needed anything. Quite comfortable!"

The property is very dog friendly and is very well stocked. Large dining room table was great for our family dinners as well. The location was great and was super quiet but yet close enough to everywhere we needed to go."

"Great location for acess to storyland, Conway area and white mountains.Overall good for family. Could not really use loft space for sleeping with small kids but had plenty of room. A little worn in some areas and deck/outdoor space in rough shape."
