We are a family of five and VRBO was of no meaningful help to find us another place to stay. Hours on the phone and vacation nearly completely ruined. Terrible experience all around. "

"So for starters the house does look just like in the pictures. We arrived at the property at 4;35 pm. We were schedualed for a 4pm arrival and the cleaners were there and told us that the property wasn’t ready for about 15 more minutes.After traveling 12 hrs we did not want to have to wait any longer outside in the rain so that was our first inconvenience. We finally get into the home and all we can smell is cigarette smoke in every room and outside. We checked the rooms and they were up to...
