"Very smooth visit! Everyone was so accommodating! We noticed a small puddle in the bathroom and they came to replace the entire toilet ASAP! Great service! Always cleaning and they take great care of the place. Older and needs some cosmetic repairs but didn't bother me. Great location if looking for a place right on the beach without the huge condo/hotel to navigate around. Would come back! Thanks again, -Keith"

"Huge cockroach crawling on the wall. Rust on every piece of furniture. No vent in the bathroom. People partying at the pool till well over 2am and on top of that garbage pick at 5 am from right under our windows. "

"When we arrived, it was quite late. There was someone screaming outside like they were being murdered. When we made our way into the building, the property was not at all as expected. This place was disgusting. The floors throughout and the bathroom were filthy. There was a broken window in the bedroom. When we turned the bathroom light on, the cochroaches scattered. We left and had to get another place. "
