"Clean quite nice location "

"First time in Pompano but will definitely choose another property when returning. Did not have the best experience with staff upon check in. Booked through third party and they seemed annoyed and not friendly. Only staff that seemed friendly were a few housekeepers we passed daily and the beach bartender. Food was decent. Room nice but bathroom was outdated. Toilet seat didn’t fit properly, stains on ceiling. Elevator was broken first day we arrived and continued to have issues while there. Also overheard couple telling staff they did not want to spend their vacation stuck in elevator. Was charged for valet upon check out and did not have a car, Was fixed once emailed. Overall with all the resort fees, do not feel it was worth it. "

"It’s only about a block or so away from the beach and the fishing pier. Plenty of places to get food. Even a 7-Eleven close by for some small stuff all in walking distance. If you have a car it’s only minutes away from other things. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the office for the day, if needed. There is also laundry on site, if you’re like me and do your laundry at the end of your trip. The outdoor pool is also heated, which makes it feel so amazing to jump into! The rooms are like little mini apartments. They’re definitely older units, but they have been maintained very well. You can cook food in the kitchens that each unit provides. There are also charcoal BBQ areas if you wanted to grill food outside near the pool. The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was wonderful, but we especially loved Natalia. I traveled alone with my three young kids and she made all of us feel at home. I would say it’s well worth the money to save a couple hundred bucks to stay here instead of one of the beachfront hotels if you’re looking for an amazing trip but not trying to break the bank either. Well worth it!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! First they require a $100 incidentals deposit. What incidentals??? The room was garbage. Paint peeling from the walls, doorframes, etc. Mold in the bathroom, Tub was disgusting. Kitchen had stains on the counter and there were stains all over the floors. The curtain rod was bent and broken. TV wasn't working properly and neither was the A/C. The back of the property looked like a slum. The fire alarm went off at 11:30 pm for 10 minutes. I had to run the hot water in the tub for 10 minutes+ to get at least WARM WATER to shower with. I would compare the owners of this property to SLUM LORDS! They obviously don't care at all about their guest experience. This is the worst hotal experience I have ever had."
