Waterfront Gulf Access Dock right off the Caloosahatchee River abundant wildlife

Beautiful 2 story townhome on a gulf access canal just a 100 yards from the Caloosahatchee River from our back door and dock. The home is direct waterfront and in a upscale Riverfront community just off I-75 at the Bayshore-Pineisland exit between I-75 and US-41 in the Riverbend Boating Residential Neighborhood. The home has new furniture and a new kitchen with upgraded cabinets and granite countertops with all new stainless steel appliances. There are 2 large lanai's one is off the rear overlooking the waters edge and it leads into a large lofted open living-dinning room with a open breakfast bar into the kitchen with main floor laundry and a full bath and large bedroom, there is also a large attached rear mini-garage designed for extra storage with a overhead door and a service door back into the rear lanai. The upper level has a den-computer room lofted looking down into the living areas and leading to the master suite with high ceilings and 2 walk in closets and a large full bath and another enclosed lanai overlooking out front. There are fans is every room and all tiled baths, kitchen, laundry, hallways and lanai's with new vinyl flooring in the lower level bedroom and living areas. This is a very nice model condition waterfront-golf course front home in a very nice area and is close to everything. There is covered parking directly out front and additional uncovered assigned parking in front. We are looking for a clean responsible tenant for min. 30 days available January 20, 2024.
