"The place is in a nice location, but very worn down. The stove tops don’t work, dishwasher did not clean the dishes, there was no iron or ironing board, which caused some last minute panic, hairdryer only bows cold air. The internet constantly dropped out, which made watching the footy impossible. I would not recommend the property."

"Beautiful little place in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from the beach. I loved that Maloney’s beach is secluded from the busyness of South Coast holiday goers, however just minutes away from Bateman’s bay. Nomiki is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. Although small, the place was perfect for us as we were away most of the day at the beach or checking out surrounding areas. Will definitely be back again."

"We had a wonderful two-night stay. The location is absolutely amazing and directly across from the beach with uninterrupted views. It was exactly what we were hoping for in terms of outlook and proximity to the water, and it made for a very relaxing coastal break.While the non-carpeted areas appeared clean at first glance, walking barefoot, particularly downstairs, left our feet quite black, suggesting the floors may not have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. We had booked for six adults but were provided with only four bath towels. The outdoor entertaining areas were spacious and well positioned, however there were quite a lot of cobwebs and spiders present.Cleanliness had been rated highly in previous reviews, which influenced our decision to book, so this was a little disappointing. Overall, the location and views are outstanding, and with some additional attention to cleaning and preparation the property would fully meet expectations."

"We had an amazing time. The location of the house was spectacular. It provided ample room for a multigenerational family holiday by the beach. We enjoyed many swims, beautiful sunsets, boogie boards and kayaks. The property manager had excellent communication and was very responsive. Even though the shower didn't drain upon our arrival, it was attended to promptly on the next day by the plumber. There were multiple bathrooms and a convenient outside shower. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you."

"The host was super accommodating and the house was spotless! There was something for everyone, and there were even separate spaces for relaxation. The yard was perfect, and there’s a large undercover deck with a bar, BBQ, and a table. That means dinnertime and breakfast are a breeze—just a quick clean-up. I’ll definitely be booking again! "
