"I always choose to stay at the Grand when in Auckland. The staff are always so friendly and will go above and beyond to assist you. The rooms are always clean, tidy and well appointed. It is quiet and well sound-proofed so rest and peace is assured. Our room this time had a phenomenal view of the harbour bridge which was a definite added bonus. The Grand is always my top pick and I will continue to stay here as my first choice."

"We didn't realise there is a casino carpark separate from the sky city hotel carpark. Also maybe there should be toilet facilities made available near car parks because the smell is disgustingly strong. In fact someone had peed on our vehicle. We were only parked there for 2 nights which cost $80 and this happened. Maybe a few port a loos or something in each carpark level?"

"Shuttle service was great, easy and quick. Room was clean, perfect for an overnight. The morning shuttle driver was 10/10 - sadly I didn’t get his name but he was full of energy and smiley for 4:30am, a great start to a travel day!"

"Super convenient hotel to be close to the airport, and to most accesses both to Auckland city and to highways to other directions. Excellent restaurants an food, nice breakfast, helpful staff... Definitely recommended for a short 1-3 nights stay."

"Extremely convenient for access to the international terminal of the airport. You can walk from Pullman to the terminal. Restaurant was lovely and the hotel is new and upscale. I would stay here again."
