"Very nice hotel, and our suite was lovely. Only complaint was, after booking for 3 adults (we were traveling with our special needs son) and calling twice to confirm that we did indeed have beds for 3, we arrived to find that not only was the second bed made up, there wasn't even bedding for it. We had to ask at the desk for bedding (which we got easily) and make up the bed ourselves."

Roycroft Inn

"The Roycroft Inn is unique and provides a respite place with history. The restaurant had excellent food that is part of the Inn. The Roycroft campus across the street is very interesting and worth a walk through and tour. The Inn has an incredible collection of arts and craft furniture in the main rooms as well as the sleeping rooms. Overall the property could use a refresh, new carpet and painting and a scrubbing. The bones of the places are great, but the interiors are tired."

"Great middle point between attractions all over New York and Canada. We did a waterfall tour, Letchworth/ Watkins glen/ Niagara. Very cozy cottage, right on silver lake. Host was great, gave us directions about the town speed limits. Very enjoyable, allowing us to kick back as we drove around the area. The shower thou was very small. We bought wood for the fire pit, but never had time to use it."

"No human contact at all. The room was fine. Everything worked well and was well maintained. It would be nice to make the human connection while there."
