"The bedding had to be changed because it wasn’t clean. The refrigerator made an annoying sound all night. I think the motor was dying. They responded right away to change the bedding, but nothing could be done about the refrigerator. The A/C fan somewhat drowned out the sound. The location is great. Not far from the Cruise Port."

"The walk to the beach was short and easy. Our room was great however the couches were uncomfortable as was the pull out sofa. The kitchen had the basic items (plates, silverware, a few (cheap) pots and pans, one dull knife, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses). Neither our dishwasher or washing machine/dryer in the room worked. We were told we couldn't get new shower towels unless our stay was over 5 days (we were there for 5 days) so we could wash them ourselves if we wanted clean ones.The rooftop pool was nice and clean. Was surprised the restaurant didn't open until 11am. The beach towels were easy to get and replace and it was nice you could "check out" items for the beach (boogie boards, volleyballs, footballs, etc) as long as they were available. It was nice having 2 lounge chairs on the beach as well as part of our package."

"Hotel didnt have hot water for about 8 hrs Pool bar was horrible.Long wait for drinks and ran out of food during happy hr by 3.Pool was not clean .Vomit was there for 2 days straight without cleaning .House keeping didnt clean the rooms the whole 4 day stay "

"Very clean and well maintained. One block from the beach and several restaurants in walking distance. No frills, but perfect for a long weekend at the beach!"
