"We enjoyed our stay at Hollywood Beach Tower Hotel. The location is great, right by the beach promenade, and the staff was friendly and helpful. First of all, check-in was remarkable and very much appreciated. We arrived early after getting off a cruise, with luggage in tow, and they were able to let us check in early. That was a huge relief and made the start of our stay so much easier. Checkout was also handled very well. We appreciated a late check out at 12:00 p.m., and after checkout they stored our bags behind the desk until 3pm in the afternoon, which helped a lot since we had a 6pm flight. The pool area was relaxing and got nice sun in the morning and early afternoon. There’s also a snack area by the pool with tasty food, and the people working there worked very hard with a smile and friendly word. The immediate area is pretty quiet for shopping, but don’t give up too soon. If you walk a little farther — about half a mile in the right direction — there are a lot more shops, restaurants, and activity. The biggest downside was the Wi-Fi. It was weak and kept dropping off, which was very frustrating. A huge highlight nearby was The Mermaid, a Mexican restaurant with the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever had. We orderedthem repeatedly. Honestly, those tacos deserve their own Yelp review & possibly a small parade. 🌮 Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The Wi-Fi could use improvement, but the staff, pool, location, early check-in, checkout help, and beach access were real positives."

"The Hotel is well and conveniently located in the Hollywood Beach downtown area. The staff were very courteous, professional and attentive. The rooms are very good but need to focus more on the cleanliness. The furniture is a little run down and aged. The mattress was very comfortable but in the soft side not medium or firmly. The down side is the hotel have NO amenities as restaurants or bars. Olivia used to be the restaurant and the bar but is being closed for a while. It is just a little overpriced cafe and the pool in the rooftop. I definitely will stay there again and totally recommend it."
