"I love this hotel, it was hidden gem I never knew about. Outdated a bit but that part of charm to me, especially learning its history. Staff is really friendly and rooms are clean."

"Check Inn Was very fast, parking had plenty of space, staff was very nice, breakfast was just coffee, oatmeal, breakfast bars & yogurt & area was clean. Rooms are clean & beds are comfortable. Will stay again."

"I had a hard time with the smell of a Pine-sol type of cleaning product that was used. A bit overwhelming to the senses. Otherwise fine. First time using a computerized desk person. That was interesting, but worked fine. "

"We didn’t have time to eat the breakfast but the newly remodeled rooms were exceptional and very comfortable. AC worked great . The door to out room was a little stuck , but that’s it . The front desk and staff were very polite and super kind . We would stay here again . Our in laws live very close . "

"Our stay was good. The bed was very firm and so were the pillows, but we slept well. The breakfast is your average continental breakfast. Our tv wasnt working, but we didnt need to watch it anyway. Its really the only hotel in Florence, so they keep the prices high, which is a shame."
