"The hotel is brand new, it was open in December 2024. It has 3 restaurants, a buffet offering asian, indian and international food, a great italian restaurant with great pizza, and one of the best authentic thai restaurant with the most amazing staff. The hotel has a good kids.club, 3 slides for kids, a lazy river (bring your floatings), and about 3 main beaches. "This was truly the most beautiful hotel weāve ever stayed at. Everything from the stunning surroundings to the warm welcoming staff made our stay unforgettable. My husband and I enjoyed every single moment here. The resort offers so many fun activities that youāre never bored, and the food was incredible each restaurant offered a unique cuisine so every meal felt like a new experience.
We came to celebrate my birthday, and the staff went above and beyond. They surprised me with a sweet āHappy Birthdayā message on the bed and a delicious little chocolate cake. Itās the thoughtful touches like that which made me feel so special.
Nadia was amazing! Always ready to help with anything we needed. And Chef Mama at the Ocean restaurant made our mornings with his warm smile and kindness. The hotel was also extremely accommodating, even letting us check out late for our 22:55 flight, which we were so grateful for.
