Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Wonderful Getaway

Anniversary gone wrong

We were very disappointed in the room. Mold throughout, the stove was rusty and did not work, the refrigerator had rust on the sides. The cabinets need replacing. They were peeling in the kitchen and bathroom. Mold on the outside of the tub. The view was awesome and the staff was very helpful. The inside pool was too hot and the jets in the jacuzzi needs to be reset to work properly. The jets do not massage your body. The water just goes up out the jacuzzi. Probably would not recommend this place to my friends.

Had a very nice time. However he light switch In the bedroom didn’t work so the light that was connected to it didn’t either. We didn’t report it because we didn’t want to be bothered by anyone and then forgot to report it when we checked out. The stove & refrigerator are rusty and gives a bad appearance but the refrigerator does work good. I really wish it would’ve had a Keurig coffee maker. I had to keep going to my sisters room on the 8th floor to make coffee. I only drink 2 cups a day so not worth making a pot

Pleasant stay

The unit was 16th floor, ocean front - wonderful view. The shower was great and the master bdrm mattress was excellent. The living room seating was comfortable and the kitchen accommodating. Overall, it was a good price and peasant stay.

The view was beautiful. We had a memorial service for a friend. There were 30 of us there. I explained the situation to the waitress at the Bay Watch cafe in the morning and asked if they could accommodate all of us for dinner that evening around 8pm. The staff could not have been more friendly and efficient. They called in extra support and got us all served in a very timely manner. Thank You

This accommodation was decorated in the early 90’s and never updated. It was dirty, bedding and upholstered furniture moist and moldy. Rust covered the appliances; half the range did not work. Large holes in carpet. Uninhabitable and no response from company when calls were made.

Great view in a very tired condo unit!

The furniture in the apartment was very very used and needs to be updated. The leg on the coffee table and end table or broken off and screw it back on. The upholster furniture had dirty and very worn arms. The view of the ocean was amazing!

This Condo is extremely outdated & in definite need of updating & repairs…I have never seen so much rust in all my life-ALL the appliances & door facings were rusted-open vent ducts for a/c…..i requested to be moved but that was not possible-if we had not been with 18 other people throughout the condo-we would have left… I informed Vacasa Corporate offices-the manager at the site-the maintenance -EVERYONE possible!!! This condo should not be on a rental program rotation until updated….I just wish I could contact the owners!!!

Nice for the purpose of it.

The room was a nice size and had a beautiful view. The only thing I didn't enjoy was constant eyes from really close and visible neighbors in the rooms next door. No private balcony.

the unit was great...but the walk from the parking garage everyday was a bummer. My husband is handicapped and having to leave him to go park and then come back was not good. They need more handicap parking for the whole baywatch resort. but the room was great!
