Step out onto your private 25-foot balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and direct beach access.



The living room features power recliners on each end of the sofa, a separate power reclining chair, an additional accent chair, a flat-screen smart TV, and a ceiling fan for maximum comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, full-size washer/dryer, and both Keurig and drip-style coffee makers. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the unit. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and ice chests are provided for guest use and can be found in the outside hall closet. Your unit key will open this closet.

You are also invited to take full advantage of the exclusive resort amenities, which include both indoor and outdoor oceanfront swimming pools, a relaxing lazy river, a whirlpool spa, and a fitness center. Direct beach access is provided for your convenience, allowing you to move easily between the resort and the sand. Please note that certain locked owner closets within the unit are private and not accessible to guests.

Getting Around:

Your stay at our oceanfront condominium includes the convenience of free on site parking, allowing you to easily come and go as you please. If you are flying in for your vacation, Myrtle Beach International Airport is located about twenty miles south of the resort, typically a thirty to forty minute drive depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Ashworth, you will find that the prime location in Ocean Drive makes much of the local entertainment accessible by a short walk or a very quick drive. For travel to further destinations, local taxi and ride sharing services are reliable options.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please note that our property is strictly for families and guests aged 25 and older. Check in is available from 3 pm to 5 pm, and check out is strictly at 10 am. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and all common areas, including balconies and pool decks. We do not allow pets, motorcycles, boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, or all-terrain vehicles on the premises. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. Guests are provided with a starter kit of essential supplies, but we recommend bringing additional paper products and toiletries. Please note that sleeper sofas are best suited for children. A damage waiver fee is required for all bookings to ensure a worry-free stay.
