Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire two bedroom condominium during their stay. This second floor unit features a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a private balcony perfect for enjoying the ocean views. Please note that access to the unit is via stairs as there is no elevator on the premises. Beyond the private condo, guests enjoy full access to the shared amenities within the gated Inlet Point Villas community. These include the outdoor swimming pool, private tennis courts, and direct beach access paths. Free parking is provided on the premises for guest vehicles, though please keep in mind that motorcycles, boats, trailers, ATVs, and recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Getting Around:

Getting to Inlet Point Villas is most convenient by personal vehicle, as North Myrtle Beach is a car dependent area. We provide free parking on the premises for your convenience during your stay. Please note that motorcycles, boats, trailers, ATVs, and recreational vehicles are strictly prohibited on the property. For guests arriving by air, Myrtle Beach International Airport is approximately a thirty to forty minute drive from our location. While public transportation options are limited in this quiet residential section of Cherry Grove, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for getting around to local attractions, dining, and shopping hubs.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please note that our property is strictly for families and guests aged 25 and older. Check in is available from 3 pm to 5 pm, and check out is strictly at 10 am. Please be aware that this third floor unit is accessible by stairs only as there is no elevator on site. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and all common areas, including balconies and pool decks. We do not allow pets, motorcycles, boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, or all terrain vehicles on the premises. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. Guests are provided with a starter kit of essential supplies, but we recommend bringing additional paper products and toiletries. Please note that sleeper sofas are best suited for children. A damage waiver fee is required for all bookings to ensure a worry free stay.
