Here for a softball tournament for our daughter and it was a perfect spot. Close to team , shopping and places to eat. Plus the view was like a post card.

We had a great stay despite tropical storm Debby. Location was perfect for beach access and the unit was really clean. The check in/out process was super easy. We would stay here again!

Everything was great, location, comfort, cleanliness and Nicholas quick response to any and everything when I asked something pertaining to the condo. Just be ready to get your steps in (on 3rd and no elevator). Other than that everything was lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

Great condo

Condo was nice and clean. Quiet building that is well kept and quiet. Only thing was the shower for me as im tall and showerhead was low. Beds comfortable. Would stay again.

Winter Trip

This was the first time the NMB. We found a lot to do during our stay. The condo lived up to or expectations. The view was amazing. Home had everything we needed. The only issues were the house still had a small fishy smell(think from previous guest) and the top lock was difficult to open and lock. We will visit again.

Very clean and had everything we needed.

Plenty of space in every room. The kitchen has really nice updates with the counter tops and tile work. Plenty of plates, glasses and silverware; and all were good quality. Master bathroom fixtures were smaller than standard, but still perfectly adequate for our stay. We have rented other units in that same building and this condo was exceptionally clean! Even the balcony was very clean. We really appreciated being able to enjoy the view from the living room in addition to the balcony.

Comfortable

Convenient, clean, beautiful view, common areas were the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a condo building. The grounds and landscaping is so pretty and he worked so hard keeping everything clean. The beds were comfortable but the sofa, not very comfortable, I believe it needs new foam for more support. So nice to have good appliances, nice dishes. Beautiful paintings, would love to know more about the artist.

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the oceanfront views. Our only suggestion would be to consider renovating the bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom is extremely cramped (I am 6'3") and could be reconfigured to increase room. We plan on renting it again.

A great unit, but…

Lovely decor, ample dishes and cooking utensils, but the washer did not work. The managers were very attentive to our needs, but the lack of laundry facilities was a big negative. The managers were willing to pick up our personal laundry, and return it, which was helpful, but still inconvenient to manage. The deck had a beautiful view with palmettos and dunes. The beach was clean and lovely.

Good value for the price

The condo was very neat and clean and presented as pictured. North Beach Reality responded quickly and efficiently when we initially had TV problems. This condo definitely had the best view of all the condos we have stayed at in North Myrtle Beach. Although there are less amities than other places we rented from (no indoor pool or workout room),it was worth it to be located in a quieter building and more tranquil beach area. The only negative is that the master bathroom tub and shower are very small (and I am only 5’4” and it was difficult for me to wash my hair in the shower). Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is is an excellent location. Right on the beach. Beautiful views. Parking available under the building, which was awesome! Access to the beach both sides of building. Condo was beautiful. Loved the balcony view! The kitchen has bowls dishes coffee cups and utensils. The coffee pot does take cone filters size 4-12 cups which are not supplied. You will need to purchase. The showers in the bathrooms a bit small. Did not care for the shower curtain in the master bedroom at all. That needs to be updated due to it takes up much room in the very tiny tub. The property was very clean. We spent a lot of time there on the beach which was awesome! Food Lion grocery store is just ab 2.4 miles just south of there. Everything very convenient to this location. Due to the issues with the small showers, I don't think that we sill stay in the particular condo again unless they update the bathrooms in the near future. Lighting in the bedrooms were very dim due to only lights on the nightstands. No ceiling lights in either bedroom. I can't speak for the other condos in this unit because we were only in this one. However, we had a great time!

We arrived right at closing time and they were more than willing to check us in so we did not have to come back the next day. We were pleasantly surprised with the condo. It was spotless and beautiful. The rooms were a nice size. The groundskeepers were always working to maintain the property. The building is locked which made us feel very safe. Our only suggestion would be to add additional chairs to the balcony which were not high tops. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and they became uncomfortable after a while.
