Our Crescent Sands in Crescent Beach condo has recently been updated with LVP flooring and new living room furniture and is direct oceanfront with beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Unit comfortable accommodates 4 with 1 king in the master bedroom and 1 king in the 2nd bedroom. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen, TV's in both bedrooms & the living room, washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi.

Crescent Sands of Crescent Beach is a six-story, low-rise vacation condominium building ideally located in North Myrtle Beach. This was a great getaway. Some cosmetic issues like broken moulding was apparent, but overall this place is nice and clean. I would book again if the opportunity arises.

This condo was beautifully decorated with signed art and peaceful colors. It was perfectly located....the beach was my front yard! The venue was quiet, The other patrons were friendly. All lended to a beautiul month in Norh Myrtle Beach. I would recommend this condo without reservation.

The shower doors were off their rail. The outside table was broken therefore we couldn't have a drink or eat outside.The towels need to be replaced. The wallpaper was coming off the wall and the sofa is ridiculous. I could go on and on. One nice thing we had great weather.DON'T RENT TTHIS CONDO

This was a great location. Directly in front of the ocean, however, there is no sunrise or sunset view from this unit. Nice area in NMB. Not very noisy and more family oriented. Elevators are available. The property manager does a wonderful job keeping the building looking clean. The unit has some updated features. I didn’t think the kitchen was very equipped for renters who might choose to cook. Luckily, we like to eat out. The en suite bath was a big disappointment. Small tub with shower head. I had to do a back bend in to wash my hair (I’m 5’5”). My poor husband is 6’1”. Not sure how he maneuvered. I am a size 4 and felt like a pinball in there. Plus, the water didn’t drain well, so it was like taking a bath and a shower both. Tight toilet area as well. Sink didn’t drain well either. The other bathroom shower head was also low. My guests had to sit on the bench to shower. Vertical blinds were missing slats. Balcony furniture was not ample for our party size of 4, and the table was broken. Laundry room is extremely tight. Larger renters would have problems with some areas. Overall, it’s not a bad unit though.

Summer relaxing.

Really liked the deck overlooking the ocean.Some minor issue’s like sliding door in 2nd bathroom and some missing slats on the windows.Would stay there again!

Beautiful views

The balcony was so relaxing watching the waves and people. Appreciated the art work in the condo. Condo was extremely clean and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great, location, comfort, cleanliness and Nicholas quick response to any and everything when I asked something pertaining to the condo. Just be ready to get your steps in (on 3rd and no elevator). Other than that everything was lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay.

Here for a softball tournament for our daughter and it was a perfect spot. Close to team , shopping and places to eat. Plus the view was like a post card.

Peaceful

Condo was clean and updated for the most part. Positioning of the washer and dryer was challenging to use. Would recommend this 2 bed and bath condo to one and all. Relaxing 6 weeks. 4 stars!

Winter Trip

This was the first time the NMB. We found a lot to do during our stay. The condo lived up to or expectations. The view was amazing. Home had everything we needed. The only issues were the house still had a small fishy smell(think from previous guest) and the top lock was difficult to open and lock. We will visit again.

Very clean and had everything we needed.

Plenty of space in every room. The kitchen has really nice updates with the counter tops and tile work. Plenty of plates, glasses and silverware; and all were good quality. Master bathroom fixtures were smaller than standard, but still perfectly adequate for our stay. We have rented other units in that same building and this condo was exceptionally clean! Even the balcony was very clean. We really appreciated being able to enjoy the view from the living room in addition to the balcony.

Great Location/Great Stay

We had a great stay despite tropical storm Debby. Location was perfect for beach access and the unit was really clean. The check in/out process was super easy. We would stay here again!

Wonderful location

We were pleasantly surprised at how cute the condo was. Tastefully decorated, beautiful well equipped kitchen, the property isn't a huge resort, but my husband loved the covered parking, and how close we was to the beach.. I guess the only negative, was the short shower heads .lol..but the first bathroom had great shower pressure that made up for the short shower.. Still a wonderful stay and loved the location of North Myrtle..

A great unit, but…

Lovely decor, ample dishes and cooking utensils, but the washer did not work. The managers were very attentive to our needs, but the lack of laundry facilities was a big negative. The managers were willing to pick up our personal laundry, and return it, which was helpful, but still inconvenient to manage. The deck had a beautiful view with palmettos and dunes. The beach was clean and lovely.
