Room and facilities were clean and nice!! Hallways smelled and looked bad and food was not good/overpriced, but we would come back.

Nice location, mostly clean

The property shows its age but is overall well-maintained. Unit was clean; however our pillows and a duvet were significantly stained, which is a little gross. Very convenient location; we could walk to dinner, etc.

A lot of potential

We stayed at this property for three nights. The location on the beach was great, as well as the proximity to Barefoot Landing The view from our balcony was great! The property itself is simply tired. The elevators take a very long time, The pictures look spectacular in the description online of the pools, grounds and lazy River where in fact they are simply average to below average as much are in need of a lot of updating Our room was ok. Upon arrival the smell was very musty but once a little air freshener and the air conditioner came on it was better. Our bed (2 queen) was very comfortable with clean linen. The kitchen with two burners and a full fridge was a nice perk and the coffee maker was good! The rugs and couch were tired and in need of updating as they has visible wear and slight staining . The bathroom was average though the tub often filled with water and took a long time to drain. This vacation spot is amazing in location but for the price I would expect a more updated building.
