The tiled ground floor level can serve several different functions depending on your family`s needs and offers another bedroom and full bathroom. **PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. **

Please note, this unit undergoes regular pest control as a protective barrier against insects that are common in a coastal environment. The solution used is diluted and not harmful to animals or humans.
