This nicely decorated 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath Patio home will comfortably accommodate a family of 8 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Queens in the 3rd bedroom. All new mattresses for 2022 season!!!

This lovely spacious home includes a open living room and dining room, the master bedroom and master bath on the same level, a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, 3 TV's, 3 DVD's, free Wifi, a outside shower and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The 2nd floor offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a small Florida room. This home has 2 car parking and is only 0.2 miles to the beach.

Located in the popular Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach you are close to the popular Attractions like Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure and Tanger Outlets! Not only are you just a few minutes walk to the beach, you are right next door to the great amenities offered like the outdoor pool, children's pool and the hot tub (open Memorial Day - Labor Day).

Not Safe for Children
Extremely disappointed in this stay. Two really unsafe aspects to this property for young kids: The stairs leading up to two bedrooms has a railing with spindles that are so wide that our 2 YO and 4 YO were pointing out within minutes that they could fit through them. A big problem since the stairs are easily accessible to kids and the most likely kid bedroom is upstairs as well. Our two girls could have come out of their bedroom in the dark, walked straight forward and fallen through the middle of two spindles without even turning sideways. There is a hard tile floor below. When the property management company called the owner, they said they didn't want them altered in any way to be safe. Also, there is a porch that appears to have glass windows in the photos, but they are really soft plastic and screens. There were multiple holes in both, making the porch completely unusable for any kids who are inclined to lean or push against walls and windows. Beyond this, there was quite a bit of found on floors (bathroom and next to/underneath two beds). Cleaning service looks like they were overly rushed. The upside to this whole situation was that the property management company (North Beach Realty) was very helpful and understanding. They moved us to another property same day that was a much better fit for our family.

All Star Weekend
We loved this property!!! It was a perfect fit for our families. We would stay again great location. 2 blocks from the beach great pool with hot tub a few steps out the back door. Great communications from Rental Company. Property was very clean and had everything we needed we didn't want our stay to come to an end.We will diffenitly be back!!!

Great stay in Myrtle Beach
The house was accurately described and was perfect for our family of 5. We absolutely loved the quiet neighborhood it was in and it was a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach never felt overly full which we also liked! The house is also close to many restaurants and Barefoot Landing. We would definitely stay at this property and the Windy Hill area if we return!

309 Todd Lane was a good stay. Pool/hot tub adjacent to the listed property were both very clean. Neighbors were a delight. Enjoyed the week long trip to North Myrtle Beach. Thanks!
