You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Paradise at the Palms 3 is a luxury villa with two large gathering rooms/ den and 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen, dining area and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch TV's. The master suite is located on the first floor. It has 2 queen beds and a balcony facing the Ocean. It has double vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed and there is another full bath. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs with king beds, 2 of the 6 have a balcony facing the ocean! There are TV's in all bedrooms and we have a full size washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and beach chairs and some baby items. We have two high chairs and a pack n play. There is an outdoor grilling area with 4 grills, a nice pool and hot tub!

There are only 12 units in the building. I like to work personally with all my guest and meet their needs. We provide some beach chairs and beach towels. I provide a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a few trash bags and a bottle of dish washing soap to get you started. There are 2 refrigerators in the villa. I also have a Mr Coffee and a Keurig. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have HD TV's in all rooms.
Please note. This is a NON SMOKING villa. This includes cigars and marijuana. Marijuana is illegal in SC.

Great condo for golf trip

Great vacation spot!

Villa was very spacious for our group of family and friends (14 adults, 5 children). Short walk to beach and a couple restaurants near by. Unfortunately, due to weather (Hurricane Debby), we could not enjoy beach or other attractions as much as we had planned. Would stay here again if we get back this way!

Family Reunion

Great place for a large group. Everthing in the unit worked and lots of beach towels and chairs. If i had one criticism, I would say the pool could be better kept up. Over great stay and I would recommend to others.

Great place for a group of golfers to stay

We had (12) golfers stay here for a long week end of golf. There was plenty of room for all us to stay comfortably. The area was quiet and peaceful - not bad traffic of anyone being loud and rowdy. We would definitely stay here again on future trips.

This place was just great! The location is amazing super close to the beach! Great parking & has an elevator which is always a plus! The actual place itself was wonderful! Very considerate of families with kids, had a large amount of space! Host was also great. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

This property was perfect for our family beach trip. There was 20 of us ranging from age 1-75 and at no point did it feel crowded. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It is only about a 5 min walk to the beach which was great. Parking was easy and the pool was perfect for all the kids. I would definitely stay here again.
