Imagine awakening to the sound of gentle waves lapping against the shore as the first rays of sunlight filter through your window. The Penthouse offers unparalleled luxury and stunning views of the ocean, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.

We present for your consideration a premier unit in Baywatch: This direct Oceanfront Penthouse provides exceptional views and luxury. Upgrades for 2024/2025 include brand new granite countertops, beds, updated curtains, and new living and dining room furniture. Additionally, a new washer and dryer unit was installed in 2023, a feature not commonly found in most Baywatch condos.

Further enhancements include larger televisions, hardwood floors, comfortable bedding, a newer air conditioning and heating unit, fresh paint throughout the condo, new pots and pans, and four new queen beds, two in each bedroom. It can host up to eight individuals, with a maximum of six adults.

The accommodation consists of two private bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom and sliding glass doors that provide access to a stunning ocean view. Guests will benefit from three HDTVs offering numerous channel options, complimentary local and long-distance calls, wireless internet access, and numerous other amenities.

The 600-foot oceanfront pool deck features a comprehensive range of amenities, including two outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a large outdoor lazy river, an indoor lazy river, four indoor hot tubs, three outdoor hot tubs, and kiddie pools both outdoors and indoors.

Additionally, Flip Flops, the oceanfront pool bar and grill, offers frozen drinks and a variety of grilled options while providing live entertainment. Guests can also enjoy two on-site restaurants, a sports bar, a summer outdoor cabana bar, an exercise room, and a game room. Awesome Stay

Great N. Myrtle Beach Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's condo. The kitchen is nicely stocked, there are plenty of towels and the beds were so comfortable. Baywatch is a great location with lots of pools for the kids and right on the beach. We'd definitely stay here again!

Fantastic vacation

Our week stay at this property was fantastic. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything that was listed. The view was beautiful!! The owner made sure we had all the instructions needed for check-in, including a brief video on how to use the door lock. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Myrtle Beacj!

Excellent PH with amazing views!

Love the penthouse views of the ocean. Excellent location off 28th Ave in North Myrtle Beach. Indoor pools and hot tubs need work. Management need to make their presence known. Outdoor pools and hottubs were A+. Alot of things to do for kids and adults.

Great view and stay

We enjoyed our stay during the 4th of July week. We had a great view of the ocean and beach, as well as, fireworks. There are lots of things to do in North Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed playing putt putt, swimming at the beach and pools, playing at the Myrtle Waves waterpark, eating at Barefoot restaurants, Polynesian luau, Legends in Concert, and alligator adventures. The beds were very comfortable and we liked having the washer/dryer in the unit especially with younger kids.

Great

This was a terrific condo for a family vacation. The location on the beach made it easy for us to get our young family to the beach with all the sand toys and little hassle. There were plenty of outdoor showers to wash sand off feet and toys before heading back into the resort. Only one of the outdoor pools was heated, but it was plenty big enough for all the guests. The unit itself was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was great to cook in. Furniture was comfy. The North Myrtle Beach location was perfect for a young family trying to avoid all the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, but close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

The PentHouse was absolutely perfect for our little family.

As a family we loved staying in the PentHouse! We all had enough space to move about doing our own thing. The condo was fully furnished as listed in the details. The only thing we had to pickup was toilet paper, but we have to do that on every trip. The owner Brian was a great host. He sent us a message before we left for vacation about what to expect upon arrival. Every detail he spoke on was very helpful upon arrival. We only had one question after arrival and he was very quick to respond. The resort was easy to navigate. We had plenty of space everywhere we went. Crescent Beach was perfect and not crowded. The pools were great. The kids easily went back and forth from the lazy rivers to the pools and they were in sight most of the time. We enjoyed all of the amenities. We live hanging a dishwasher and laundry area. Thank you Brian for being a wonderful host and we will stay again:)

Beautifully decorated with a cozy beach feel

This was our first time using VRBO/homeaway and it won't be our last. Check in was a breeze. The instructions Brian sent us were easy to follow. We loved not having to carry keys, or key card because they tend to get lost or misplaced frequently. We had a code, showed our children how to operate the keyless entry and nobody ever had a problem. The condo was absolutely fabulous! They have it tastefully decorated with beachy items as well as flowers. Everything was clean with a new feel and we loved having a fully stocked kitchen. There was 6 of us. Two adults, two eleven year old boys and two teenage girls. So, every morning we would cook breakfast and usually something fast for lunch. Most evenings we would go out but one night we ordered pizza and one night the teenagers cooked chicken alfredo for us. It was nice having aluminium foil, plastic bags, and few pantry items. Somethings you just forget when your at the store. The balcony was awesome. We spent a lot of time out there. Our beds were dreamy! We had plenty of pillows, fluffy soft comforters and plush mattresses. No complaints in that department at all. We used the jet tub once and that was very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting in the living room watching HBO movies with our family. The boys played an occasional card game and that was also nice having a selection of a few games, movies, and books. I was hesitant being on the 19th floor that we would wait forever for an elevator but that was never an issue. Parking was never a problem but being it was July 4th week it was crowded. Honestly I have nothing negative to say about this condo or Resort. We had such a wonderful relaxing vacation and we look forward to doing it again. Everyone was nice, the pools were great and so were the hot tubs. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The rooms were all we could ask for. Privacy if wanted but space for togetherness if desired. Great views, efficient and fully working elevators, and tvs that work with easy controls. This was the first time we had been back to Myrtle Beach in a few years and it did not disappoint. The condo was very spacious and clean with fantastic views. Not only that, but it was in a great location as well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful

This unit is lovely. The check in process was very easy with no need to stop at another location or go to the front desk. We were even sent helpful videos for how to use everything! The rooms were great and the owners included all the supplies we needed. The kids loved the beach, the various pools, and enjoyed the Italian ice stand every single day! The location is very close to Barefoot Landing and grocery stores. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

5 Stars Says It All!!!

Pics and description were spot-on, the rooms were great and the views spectacular. We loved all the rooms, spacious, clean, well taken care of. Had 4 adults in party and there was plenty of room and all amenities were provided. Had 2 parking spots in garage, and it's a nice garage. Pools were great and plenty of them. Everywhere was very clean, elevators fast and relatively uncrowded. Tried all 3 restaurants and ice cream shop, they all were nice. WiFi great. Appliances super nice. Just a great place and plan on visiting again. Brian is super nice and informative, and unobtrusive---the perfect host!

Our stay was great until the last day.

While the condo was just as described, we had a terrible last day - as we found out it was motorcycle week, and the person in the condo next to us decided to blast (our walls shaking) music from approx. 5 pm until 4 am the next morning. (and music probably continued, but we decided to head home early due to our lack of sleep due to this situation). Our condo, while on the 19th floor, you could also hear motorcycles and music this far up. Just wished we were given a heads up when we booked that this event was happening this week, as we may have booked a different week. We talked to another condo owner who said they don't rent their unit out during this yearly event, now I know why. While all this was not the owners fault, just felt this should have been mentioned, as they knew this could bring crowds/noise. Especially since we were warned from the condo owner about minor items from this resort that could result in fines, such as leaving sandy shoes in hallways or leaving towels hanging on balcony.
