"Room was pretty clean, needed some touch ups and the amenities closed earlier than most hotels."

"The hotel was adequate. It was clean, the staff were helpful and pleasant, and our room was also clean. I think the hotel needs a refresh, as it is a little shabby. My mattress was lumpy. The lobby area carpet is getting threadbare. Breakfast had plentiful options. The free dinner choices were hit or miss, with over-salted food the biggest problem. There were fresh greens and tomatoes from which to make a salad. Drury offere 3 free cocktails/wine/beer per night. I had a Cabernet which was okay. My friend had cocktails that she said had variable levels and quality of tequila, To me, the coffee was lousy. There was a good tea selection. For a family, the free food as well as the pool could make this a good choice. I dont think I would stay here again"

"Stay away from this hotel! Staff are rude, arrogant and disrespectful! I was called “Ahole” by front desk agent on Jun/6 2:35 am. I was driving from Cincinnati to Cleveland and I knew I will arrive late. I called hotel at 10:39 pm to notify them about late arrival around 2 AM. The front desk agent said no problem we will be waiting for you. I arrived at 2:35 AM finding out from the front desk staff that my reservation is gone!! I was frustrated so I asked what to do, I just drove 3.5 hours tired, arriving 2 am not finding my reservation. She said you don’t have to be rude I have to speak to manager, I said go speak with your manage, so she left and my son overheard her saying “Ahole”!!! I filed a complaint the next day with assistant manager and all she said we will investigate and get back to you. No apologies, no compensation offered, no response back until today. This is arrogant, defensive, not customer driven in a customer base business. I filing complaint with Expedia for total refund and apology"
