"The hotel is currently under refubishment. Although the hotel does privide shittle ser ice from the airport to the hotle, but there is no proper signage to inform guests that the link bride that connects the hotel on the opposite side of the airport to the terminal is closed off. I had to carry my suitcase down the iberhead bridge and cross the busy road to reach the hotel. The hotel main entrance is not currentky in ise, so gusest have to use the side entrance with temporary check-in desks. The aircon in my room was not working propertly and not cooli g at all. "

"Honestly, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The entrance felt private and secure, with 24/7 security at the door, and the lobby was spacious, modern, and welcoming. I booked a superior king room for three adults and was a bit worried it might feel cramped—but it turned out to be much bigger than expected. We were placed on the 29th floor, which gave us incredible views over Bangkok, something we really enjoyed throughout the stay. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating my parents’ anniversary. They went the extra mile and arranged a complimentary cake with a card, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. The pool on the 30th floor was another highlight—beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and amazing city views. Breakfast was served on the 19th floor in a stylish, modern restaurant with lovely views. The selection was decent, though it felt a bit more like lunch than breakfast at times, with items like chicken, curries, and spring rolls alongside the usual eggs and fruits. It might just reflect local culture, but personally, I’d rate the breakfast a solid 7/10. On departure, we had an early flight and were going to miss breakfast, but the staff were very accommodating and arranged a takeaway breakfast with whatever we wanted—great service and a really nice touch. "Booked for one night before an early flight from Don Mueang Airport. An excellent hotel, 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle service available for a small fee. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean; rooms a good size and nicely kept. Modern decor. There is an also a kitchen area on the ground floor of each block where you can get hot or cold water to make drinks in your room. A reasonably priced hotel very professionally run."
