"Hands down the best service and staff I’ve encountered at a stay at any hotel nationwide. No kidding, Holiday Inn Columbia River we appreciate you so much. From the front desk daytime to midnight, all staff, especially the restaurant downstairs!! Seriously the best, best included breakfast possible. I am not exaggerating. "We had a great stay! Check-in was quick and easy. When we arrived, only first-floor rooms were available, but the front desk staff was very accommodating and offered to move us to the second floor the next night if we preferred. We decided to stay on the first floor, which was fine, though we could hear footsteps from the room above at times. The location was super convenient—about a 15–20 minute drive to Disneyland. The room was clean, spacious, and newly renovated, with comfortable beds. Free parking is available, but it can fill up quickly. Luckily, we were able to find street parking right out front—just be sure to check the signs. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!"

"It was a nice stay, really good breakfast. Only downsides, are really the homeless population surrounding the hotel makes it feel not safe. Also certain areas have a odd smell, not unbearable though."

"The hotel is very close to the airport, which made it super convenient for us as we were flying out real early in the AM. It is going through renovations, and we were in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was beautiful and excellent! The bed was very comfortable and we had no complaints. Staff at front desk was very friendly too! Will definitely stay there again when in Portland!"
