"Likes: Very courteous and friendly front-desk staff that were extremely helpful in meeting our needs (special recognition to Derrick and Mar); very comfortable and spacious room well-equipped with amenities, great location in close walking distance to shopping and dining, and to Washington Park, reasonable room rates. Did not like: Very tight parking spaces at the Suites (we regularly parked across the street at the Inn, which had wider parking spaces), less than satisfactory housekeeping service (often forgot to replenish required toiletries and towels)."

"We were staying for graduation at the nearby Moda Center which is a quick walk. The hotel is new, spacious and sparkling clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and efficient. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, quiet, everything was new, and the view of the river and city amazing. The Market for coffee was very good and the bar and restaurant were excellent. We brought the dogs and there was plenty of nearby space with grass for walking them. Parking options were good with a garage next door that always had plenty of space. From this location we were able to easily walk across the steel bridge to Powells and the Pearl District and make a short drive to Burnside and Alberta. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great location easy to park and a lot to do around the area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and rooms were clean. Only negative is there was a lot of kids if you are looking for more of a quiet adult getaway might not be the spot for you. "
