Example: the shower drained slowly and the drain not cleaned properly; kitchen washing up brushes needed replacing; the outside of the windows were not clean. "Really good location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, 10 minute walk into the centre. 3 bedrooms, with 4 double beds. Comfortable and plenty of towels etc. Spent 3 days here and all in all was great for the price."
