"The shuttle is fantastic. It runs 24/7. It is very quick both directions as well as responsive. There isn't a set schedule but the driver is always waiting in the lobby. He was there when I arrived to the hotel at 3:30 am. He was there when I needed a ride to the airport at 4 am. I was told I just needed to be in the lobby 15 minutes before I needed a ride. I believe this is in case the shuttle is full when you first arrive in the lobby (it holds 11 passengers). It can make a round trip in under 15 minutes and will be back to pick you up."

"When we arrived, we had to wait about 15 minutes to check in because no one really knew what to do to get us checked in. Then our door key didn’t work. Then the hot water didn’t work. Then the Internet didn’t work. The one redeeming value this hotel has is when you encounter all these problems they do their best to fix them. No complaints about the staff. Then we decided to get some breakfast in the morning before we left, but all they had was a half loaf of bread and some boiled eggs in the refrigerator with a questionable date of preparation. Everything else was fixable, but the breakfast was so weak. Will we stay here again? No. And I apologize for the staff because I know you did everything you could to make our stay better so thank you to you at least."
