"Room is not ventilated, was extremely stuffy and air-conditioning not working. But staff was friendly and after several discussion, offered to upgrade to another room type which allow us to open the window for more ventilation. Breakfast can be quite messy and chaotic when it's crowded, they should have better managed the crowd. "

Location is on the Bund and it doesn’t get better than that. Many shopping malls nearby and historic attractions are just a short walk away.
