"Great place, friendly staff, and so convenient to Cleveland Train Station. We stayed here for 2 nights visiting family nearby, and couldn't be happier with our choice. Clean roomy rooms, with super comfy beds, and a few minutes walk from everything needed. If you are staying here, I can highly recommend "The Heart of Europe" restaurant around the corner. "Pool was locked at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon because the manager leaves then!!! BBQ covered in rust and unuseable. Party next door and ten people (not even staying there) out in the common area literally 2 metres from my bed drinking, smoking and swearing whilst we tried to sleep. Onsite manager useless and turned off his phone so he didnt have to deal with it. Worst accomodation experience i have had and would not go back!"

"Stayed in lovely 2 bedroom (2 double beds) Perfect location, tram just across the road. Apartment was lovely and super clean, with everything we needed. Beautiful breakfast ground floor at restaurant. Short walk to beach, pool and spa on site. However there is new construction happening across the road but only working day hours so not really a bother. Would definately stay again."
