"I traveled all over Thailand for 28 days and this was my favorite hotel. The concept of less is more couldn’t be anymore true. The rooms were all practically brand new. Water flow amazing from rainfall shower head, beautiful natural light, big screen Tv & cold AC. King size bed as well I was in heaven sleeping here. It’s got a great location next to night markets & boutiques & restaurants a short walk away. But peaceful here, you can sense the tranquility the minute you walk in. Pool is perfect to cool off. I’m a carnivore, but even the vegetarian breakfast blew me away! The chef carefully curated such dynamic options, loved starting my day with this breakfast! They also give u access to all the bottled water you want 24/7… most hotels only give you 2 a day. The staff was beyond delightful they always greeted with smiles & were more than eager to help me with suggestions. This place was amazing and left me with such a fond memory of Chiang Mai I can’t wait to come back. 10/10!!!"

"We (a family of four) enjoyed our stay here. First and foremost, the staff are wonderful. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The food we had at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet has a vast array of food to choose from, and we often found that we could skip lunch after gorging ourselves at breakfast. Dinner at China House was delicious and, again, the staff there are great. If there's anything that could have improved our stay it would be to have had more space available at the pool. With a 10 year old and a 5 year old, the pool was a big attraction and, while the kids loved it. we found it very difficult to find a free lounger and especially one near the kids' pool from which we could monitor our children. This was a minor gripe, though, from what was overall a great experience. We will certainly stay again, next time we're visiting CNX."

"I love the experience of staying in the old style hotel combination of colonial and Lana culture. It’s well maintained and in great location where I familiar with. One minor thing was there was out of towel when I went to Sana after GYM. I did tell the front desk but I just lost my interest and skipped it. Overall great hotel and I would recommend it"
