We absolutely loved our stay at Amata Lanna. The hotel itself was beautiful and welcoming. Our rooms were airy, open and large. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, including the owner who we had the pleasure of meeting. Someone was always there to help with questions/suggestions and calling cabs to get around. The location was great, only about a 10 minute cab ride into the Old City. The breakfast that they provide is delicious and fresh. The only issue we had was when coming back...

BED Phrasingh was in an ideal location near Wat Phra Singh and near the main road of the old city. The breakfast was great, a good variety of Thai and western options. Fresh fruit and coffee/tea complimentary all day as well as free water in coolers positioned throughout the hotel. Also the "minibar" was free of charge and stocked daily. The pool was nice and clean. It was great hotel in a great location at a great price.

We absolutely loved our stay there! Such fantastically nice service. A lot more included in the room than they advertise up front, tons of snacks and drinks, etc. Rooms are beautifully kept classic designs, with extremely high ceilings. Staff is up there for the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Just extremely kind and helpful, with a good sense of humor, and never overbearing or "too present".

We had a really pleasant stay at Phor Liang Meun Terracotta. The hotel is beautiful and it is very well maintained. The room was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is very attentive and polite and the breakfast is delicious. If I come back to Chiang Mai I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was formerly the Dusit Island Resort. While the service and F&B were always very good, the hotel itself had become dated and was past due for renovation and modernization. Earlier this year the hotel was closed for 4 months during which time a complete total renovation of the entire property was completed, after which it recently re-opened as The Riverie. Very centrally located; probably our favorite hotel we stayed at in Thailand (of 6 total) for service, friendliness, and buffet. Right across street from a great, energetic local people's park.

Such a beautifully designed small hotel. Picture perfect in almost every way. Only criticism is that the designer had a little too much fun planning this hotel. Perfect visually, but the rooms are not well thought out functionally. Few places to place unpacked clothing. And all the furniture has faux drawers. Would help to have made them REAL drawers. Perhaps the designer needs to stay in more hotels him/herself. Otherwise a great central place to stay in Chiang Mai.

I loved this hotel. It was clean, modern with an abundance bottled water at your disposal. The staff was super friendly and offered great tips on local activities. I specifically picked this hotel because of it's location in Nimman. There are tons of small shops, art studios, restaurants to check out. Chiang Mai is also not that big so we were able to walk from the middle of the Old City back to the hotel. I would love to come back to Chiang Mai and stay at BED Nimman!

Probably the nicest hotel stay we have ever had! Owner family on premises, and available to assist you without being too pushy. You had your privacy, but they were always available to provide information and help when needed. Very welcoming.

Close to shopping area and eating restaurant area just a few steps away from hotel.. breakfast is very good.. clean and big rooms.

Charming property located within walking distance from shopping and a short tuk tuk ride from old town. Enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast by the pool and views of it from our royal grand deluxe room that included extras, such as travel amenities and snacks.
