"Very rustic which is fine and I'm usually up for. The water is atrocious and needs to be tested. My daughter and I were sick for two days after drinking the water. I have a terrible sense of smell, but noticed it when showering after the first night. Horrible. We left but could not get all the way home (6 hours drive) because of our gastrointestinal issues. We live separately and could not connect any other shared consumptions. Owner is very nice, but does not respond to emails or texts even...

Song Sparrow Cottage has a fairytale, idyllic setting. The cottage itself is nothing short of spectacular in its construction and attention to detail. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything. One could never tell that this is an "off grid" property. James and Michele were a pleasure to work with. "
