Country Retreat

  • Lovely 2 Bedroom apartment located in a rural setting. Within walking distance to Niagara River and Gratwick park. (10 mins)
    The space
    The owner lives onsite in the Main house. The apartment is located on the second floor of a 4 bay garage, located away from the road in the backyard behind the Main house. There are 2 apartments on the second floor. The apartment is approx. 870 sq feet. ***PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE 12 STAIRS LEADING UP TO THE APARTMENT AND MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR SOMEONE WHO CANNOT CLIMB STAIRS. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF THIS IS THE CASE.

    Guests will have access to the balcony and shared backyard.
    Other things to note:
    There is lots of wildlife in the area including rabbits, raccoons, skunks, fox, wild turkeys, hawks, deer and coyotes. Please do not feed the wildlife.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Was there for 5 nights and felt like home. Owners on site were helpful and very hospitable. One of the best VRBOs i have stayed at as they supply everything you need. Absolutely loved the place.They really thought of everything. Would highly recommend. Just note, it requires going up skinny steep stairs but they have included a handrail. Just to let you know if that's something that could be an issue to you. Bed was so comfy. The place was absolutely charming and a great location to anything around it including Niagara Falls.
