"Everything was as advertised and then some! Very clean, quiet and peaceful. I even bought some binoculars while I was in town just so I could soak in even more of the gorgeous view! Would have loved to have spent more time here but something tells me we'll be back."

"It was an adventure crossing the creek after a lot of rain, but we made it! There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The host was very attentive to our needs. Not every family member was prepared for the rusticness, but we had a great time nonetheless. The area is just gorgeous!"

"We love staying at the Sonshine Cabin....been six times now. It is clean, quiet, and peaceful. Sitting on the porch swing watching birds or plopping a camp chair in the creek at the end of the trail while the kids play are both ideal activities. Madison is a quick trip too and there's so much to do in town."

"Nice and private. Nice yard and fire pit. Very clean. The pullout bed is rough sleeping...be nicer if some kind of thin rollout foam cushion to throw on top. Upstairs bed is comfy with low ceiling. Didn't have any dish soap left, no chocolate for s'mores (was in ad or wouldn't mention). No wood for fire. We purchased those 3 items and was too windy to have a fire sadly 😥. On the whole we were very happy and had a nice time. Host was great!"

"Our stay was perfect, my partner and I stayed here as a nearby spot to watch the solar eclipse as part of our road trip and to avoid the traffic afterwards. The host was very nice and accommodating. We had no issues with anything and even though there was a house right behind us, we weren't bothered. "This cabin is beautiful. It is just as the picture shows. Its secluded off the road, and private. Its about a 20 minute drive to town. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. Wish we would of had more time to enjoy the cornhole set and pool table. Cant wait to come back next year"

"We wanted a place to stay that was kid friendly and close to our softball tournament, well this was beyond what I was expecting! This house had so many activities and options for my kids and their friend! We didn’t have to leave the house except for food! Fishing, swimming, playhouse, fire pit, duck encounters, relaxing, this place has it all! We all loved it and the host was so helpful with all my questions.
