"From check in to check out the staff was very polite and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. I was very impressed with the breakfast offerings and the number of healthy choices. My only complaint is the poor quality of the conditioner and shampoo in the rooms."

"The room appeared clean. However, I like to wipe everything down with antibacterial wipes and upon doing so, the bathroom shelves were very dirty. We were there 4 nights and had zero housekeeping. Even after requesting it they still didn’t come. Our trash was overflowing and we ran out of toilet paper. Our room key went bad twice but was quickly resolved after 2 additional trips downstairs."

"The high ceilings in our room were really nice. The room was very spacious. The only complaint would be that the hot water did not get very hot, otherwise no complaints. "

"Enjoyed the variety for breakfast. Asked housekeeper to exchange towels only, no need to clean room. I was told to leave towels outside the door, which we did. When we returned to room, there were no towels in room. Had to go to front desk to get towels. "
