"Outstanding. Really. In every single way. Great staff at check-in, in the restaurant, valet, did I mention check-in ? Not sure her name, but she was great. Great location to so many places. Highly recommend"

"Only one elevator so had to wait awhile going up and down. Bathroom door was squeaky so made a lot of noise in the middle of the night. Had to kill a cockroach in the bathroom. Loved the location though. Breakfast was $17.99 without us knowing about the charge. It was delicious though."

"This hotel is perfect for anyone going to progressive field. 10 minutes right down the road. Breakfast had lots of options. Valet was pretty quick on bringing your car to you."

"The only reason I didn't give the hotel an overall excellent was because during the night, guests above us were very loud. It sounded like they were stomping very hard and moving furniture for most of the nights. I realize it is not under the staff control, but it made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, staff was helpful, room was pristine and breakfast was tasty."
