"The web site is very misleading! If you think your stay is comparable to any hotel/motel with housekeeping services, I can guarantee that you will be sadly disappointed! I rented an apartment suite x 1 wk that was dusty upon arrival. The majority of the front desk staff were not customer friendly and lacked hospitality skills. I was expecting per the website to have a sofa bed or rollaway bed which was not available! I put dirty towels and a garbage bag outside my door which was there x 3 days!...
